About the Role

As a Financial Sales Representative, you'll build your own practice within Northwestern Mutual's 165-year-old institution. You'll prospect, develop relationships, and design tailored insurance and financial plans that help individuals, families, and business owners achieve lifelong financial security.

What you'll do

  • Build a book of business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand each client's goals and concerns
  • Design and present customized insurance and financial planning recommendations
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and review plans as clients' lives evolve
  • Pursue industry licenses (Life & Health, Series 6, 63, 65/7) — fully supported by NM
